We had the recent pleasure of working with Pilgrim Building when renovating our new restaurant, 2011. Throughout the entire process we found Michael not only incredibly patient and diligent but that they also stayed on schedule and budget. The end result has been extremely well received and Michael’s after sale service has been thorough, I would have no reservations recommending Pilgrim Building for future projects.

Michael Pilgrim was commissioned to do some extensive interior re-decoration on our Inner Sydney high-rise apartment in 2004. The work was difficult and intricate, involving both timber and leather wall panelling and a lot of precision cabinet making. Painting, plastering and electrical re-wiring were also required. I am pleased to say that his work was of the highest standard, absolutely first class. It was carried out quickly and skilfully, to schedule and budget, with the minimum of disruption. We were delighted with the result and have every confidence in recommending Michael's services.

Michael Pilgrim was responsible for both the complete renovation of my 3 bedroom apartment in Darling Point, and the complete rebuild of my daughters 3 bedroom house in Bondi. Michael made what can be a very slow and difficult process easy. Both he, and his team, were professional, punctual and so lovely to deal with. The quality of finish, attention to detail and after completion service was fantastic. Both myself and my daughter would use him again when we next renovate, and continue to recommend him to our friends.

Renovating can be a daunting experience. We contracted Pilgrim Building for a major extension to our house. The entire process from quote to finish has been fabulous. All work was carried out with an extremely high degree of workmanship and all trades were on time, every time. The on site supervisor assigned was exceptionally good at his job. An added bonus was that all work was neat, tidy, and nothing was a drama. We’ve heard of others having issues with their renovations but our honest experience was that it was an overall, fantastic experience. We would highly recommend Pilgrim Building.
